Ievgen arrived on time and was very professional. I hired him to fix what I believed to be a window leak that was allowing water into my house from the top of my window. He assessed my window and told me that the window is not the issue - water is coming in from further up the wall, and probably trickling down the back of the siding. He recommended that I speak to a roofing professional as this was out of his scope of work. I appreciated his candor - it made me trust him because he did not just go through the motions of fixing a window when he identified that the window was not the problem, even though it meant that he did not receive business from me. I will move forward with finding a roofing professional to fix the leak, as he recommended. If any of my windows have problems in the future, I would hire Ievgen based on his promptness, professionalism, and knowledge of his craft.
