FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. Once I know your goals, needs and scheduling, I attempt to give you the most economic value at the highest quality training available to you. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness, and it is my goal to offer the best to as many people as I can help. I offer personal training memberships on a monthly basis to get you on a consistent schedule at a reasonable rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to do an intake and fitness assessment as our initial conversation and meeting. In this session I evaluate a number of biomechanical imbalances and ask you to perform a range of exercise tests. We also talk about your goals, goals setting, nutrition, and past healthy history or injuries. From there I can prescribe appropriate programming that is tailored to you for maximal results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up the the Rec Sports Program 'Buck-I-Robics' at The Ohio State University. I began professional fitness instruction at age 18. I have a very broad education and have taught anything from 200 people [on a stage with a mic] to one-on-one Personal Training. I have successfully trained the blind, those with down-syndrome, metabolic disorders, men and women wanting their fitness regained, pre and post-natal women, the elderly and athletes.
