- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for unique ways to continue my Yogic education. There is so much to learn and I will never get bored of it. Workshops and retreats are becoming more prevalent in my field. I practice yoga on my own and take classes daily so that I can experience a wholesome yoga diet. I hope to pass along all of my absorption from what I continue to learn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga has been a part of my life for 2+ years and it has always brought happiness, health and positivity into all of my days. I cannot think of any other activity that has opened my eyes as much as Yoga. Teaching is a gift and I cherish every teaching experience and every student!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Yoga is for everyone!
