I sent a message early morning and Sam responded almost instantly! He set up a call for later in the day and was very helpful! Even though it didn’t work out to use his services he was helpful and gave me other options! Would definitely reach out again if I ever need musical services.

From the request for a quote to the thank-you email after the event, Sam is an excellent communicator, responds promptly to questions, and a joyful collaborator throughout the event. He is very talented and offers a wide range of music, including a great mix of holiday tunes, which added to the festive atmosphere of our holiday party. I'd to check all five items (because he checks every box), but I'm limited to three! Samuel John is a treasure! (I hired him for a happy hour gig.) He's a consummate performer and professional. He's incredibly responsive to communication, and so easy to talk with, and very accessible. He was punctual to a T, and easily set up his equipment in a venue that was brand new to him. He's unbelievably talented - what a voice and his guitar playing is outstanding. And, what a fantastic song list! Moreover, he interacts with his audience perfectly - not too much, not too little, which I find to be rare. He read the room beautifully (and our crowd can be admittedly be somewhat hard to please). He was a huge hit, and I definitely will keep bringing him back as long as he's available.
