Bought a house from my granni and needed to have the electric box looked at. He responded fast and set up a scheduled time, then later on asked if I could meet earlier as he had a cancelation, and then gave me multiple options. Gave me a rough estimate before leaving and then a exact price before confirming schedule. As always with this house a simple project will have a few surprises from the original owner who built it. He handled it well and made sure everything was working, cleaned up, and how to contact him if needed. Referred my neighbor to him.
