I had an issue with my electricity going out Saturday night. I got on thumbtack Sunday morning to schedule this job. Alex responded quickly and came out the same day which was a Sunday. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being the meter and I had to call the electric company. Alex stated if the electric company couldn't fix my issue he would come back out free of charge. He diagnosed the issue and everything is working well.
