Kyle responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack almost immediately and was able to schedule a time to go out to my rental property quickly. He provided a great quote and got the outdoor motion light installed the same weekend. He communicated well, coordinated smoothly with the tenant, and even sent photos after the job was completed. He also gave me a few options to make sure the setup would work best for the property. Kyle was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I had an issue with my electricity going out Saturday night. I got on thumbtack Sunday morning to schedule this job. Alex responded quickly and came out the same day which was a Sunday. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being the meter and I had to call the electric company. Alex stated if the electric company couldn't fix my issue he would come back out free of charge. He diagnosed the issue and everything is working well.
