We just happened to be outside when our power was out and Michael Simpkins stopped by offering a free inspection on our roof. We said sure so he did his thing and showed us pictures of all the missing shingles and the dents due to hail damage. So he sat down with us and we discussed what to do. He said hell be our agent and we wouldnt have to talk with the insurance company at all. So any emails I received or voice messages, I forwarded them to Michael. It was smooth sailing. A week ago our new roof was installed with architectural shingles and the workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up after they were finished. I guess it was meant to be that Michael just stopped by that day. Hes a good soul.

Michael S. was amazing. Handled 95% of the insurance stuff. Very responsive when we had questions. Was even here when insurance adjuster came to make sure our claim was approved for a total replacement. Installers were efficient. Everything done in less than 6hrs.
