About
Everything we do is from scratch. We make our own pasta, bread, bakery goods, sauces, gravy and pizza dough. Our customer service is always friendly and suited to meet your needs All of our meats take days to prepare for smoking. We use hickory or cherry wood and our heat source is coal. All of our brines and dry rubs are made from scratch and we carefully and personally inspect all of our meats prior to procuring. All of our meats are brined for numerous days, dry rubbed or marinated for additional days and cooked between 5 and 21 hours depending on the meats. Our pizza dough contains more ingredients than just the basic ingredients of salt, sugar, flour, water and yeast. We have been catering for 11 years, and the best thing we like about our job is that we get to serve the public. Our shop has contributed to our community in many ways to support the local sports teams, churches and other organizations.

Troncone & Perry catered my daughter's wedding and we were very impressed with the outcome. Delicious food from the heart and stellar service to go with it. We received numerous compliments on how delicious the pork, chicken, potatoes and bread were. The servers were very helpful and courteous. Glad to have such a great group of people to make the wedding day a less stressful one.
