Hunter explained everything in understandable detail and did a thorough overview of our furnace. He repaired the drainage/leak issue. Very personable and nice to interact with. I would welcome him back anytime.

Matt Root was awesome! Explained everything to me in detail and was super thorough. So grateful I have a service agreement with Right Way, they caught a failing capacitor and a freon leak and luckily it was still under warranty through my builder.Without an agreement and their help, I would have never known.

Rightway Heating and Cooling is our go to for heating and cooling maintenance and issues. We just recently had a service call. The process to order and install a central dehumidification system in my elderly parents' home was efficient and easy. Noah gave the estimate and was pleasant, personable, respectful, and explained the process and pricing well. Then Norm and Brian installed the system. They both were respectful, personable and asked me appropriate questions throughout the process to guide them in how the system would be placed in the most convenient location. After, the installation, they explained the device well and demonstrated how to keep the filter clean. Also, payment was an easy process. I thought they did a great job.
