From the start of the experience the office was awesome with get costumer service. We had to reschedule the first appointment as our schedules changed and they worked with us seemingly. The tech was out right on time, diagnosed and solved our issue while also providing us with all the information we needed at a very fair price after being left in the dark by 2 other companies. By far the best HVAC company we have came across. Will definitely be calling them with anything else needed as our experience from start to finish was a breeze.

I was very pleased with the service and price of Schars for the gas line they helped me add to my home for a basement stove. The plumber, Chris, is a great person who was enjoyable to converse with and you can tell that he's an expert at his trade.In addition, I just wanted to add a quick note about how well Schars has historically accommodated myself and other handy family where a furnace, air conditioner, or water heater might need a harder to source part more limited to contractors or even from their warehouse so we can address an emergency. On several occasions they graciously sold us the needed part at a tremendous price and even offered a few words of guidance when prompted. I can only imagine competitors would have insisted on also doing the labor portion.All in all, I'm very pleased with Schar Heating & Cooling & Plumbing and will very likely use them again in the future and continue to recommend them to others.
