Rodney was terrific to work with. He had to drive more than an hour to get to me, but when the collar turned out to be defective (it didn't signal the dog about 10% of the time), he didn't hesitate to come right back out and install a new system. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone wanting an underground fence system. And regarding the effectiveness of the system, our dog learned the meaning of the flags and the auditory warning in just a day or two, and has stayed in the yard ever since. Even the deer and rabbits can't entice her to test the boundary.

Rodney did a great job with our fence install last week (6/6/20). Unfortunately for him, due to circumstances, he had to do the install entirely by hand, almost 600' in total. Rodney is very professional, caring and took the time to do the job properly. Without hesitation, I do recommend Rodney and Safe Dog.

I have had my Safe Dog Underground Fence for over a year now and it works perfectly. I have had absolutely no problems. Rodney was very knowledgeable on the product and was very efficient about getting my fence up in a timely manner. It only took him one day! When it came to training your dog, it usually takes a couple of weeks of keeping your dog on a leash and teaching your dog their boundaries. During this initial two-week time frame, my mom (who lives with me) fell and broke her back. Rodney made an extra trip out to my home to help accelerate the process so my lab would be able to go outside with very little assistance from my mom while I was at work. Rodney was able to train my Louie his boundaries quickly. Since that time, Louie has always stayed in his yard. I would highly recommend this company and Mr. Artz for those of you who are thinking about utilizing an underground fence for your dogs.Sincerely,Victoria Crompton-LaBounty

Professional installation and training. Rodney even found a system that was compatible with our grand dogs existing fence so Gotham can have safe play dates! Above and beyond! Pricing was much less than competitors and the service was excellent! Highly recommended!
