Justin is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He fixed the mess another plumber had made in my house and suggested an update to improve the efficiency of my installation. He communicated with me effectively, he was punctual and he got the job done at an affordable price. At my rental property, the water was backing up into the bathtub. This was the result of eroding galvanized pipes. They were able to come out and fix it in a timely manner. Very professional and they kept me up-to-date as I was at work while they took care of the problem. I would definitely use them again.

I had such a great experience from start to finish with NOSD. Friendly services all around! Tim came out to install a refrigerator line and I was very pleased with the job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and very personable. Who would have thought having a plumber come over would be fun!! I appreciated Tim's advice and the fact that he explained everything he was doing in a way that made me feel very confident in his work. I also appreciated how he worked with my schedule and was very flexible in scheduling my appointments. You can really tell he loves what he does, stands by his work, and truly cares about his customers. His assistant, Karen, was very kind as well. I would absolutely use NOSD again!
