- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have always priced out jobs according to the work needing to be done to get your home back to its best.....We work efficiently so we do not charge by the hour. The work we will perform on your home will be worth every penny we charge and we say that with total confidence in our work ethics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having them show us their home and listening to what they are saying about their needs or expectations. Scheduling the job that needs to be done. Then completing the job to receive the "WOW" response from them after it is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a stay at home mother for 20years and homeschooled my children for 9years.
