I couldn't have been more pleased with the job Personal Touch Computer (Fred Kenngott) did for me regarding the repair of my Dell Laptop. The name "Personal Touch" certainly is appropriate. Fred repaired my computer in a timely manner. Not only did he fix the problem it ran much smoother and quicker than it did prior to the repairs. I feel confident that if I have any other issues that arise that he will be there to give me assistance. Thank you Fred.

Personal Touch does not begin to describe Fred and his work. I have not only found my new IT man, I have gained a friend. His home visit fixed all my issues and it was like a long time buddy doing it for me. You can fully trust this man and his knowledge. Huge thank you again Fred.

All repair quotes are FREE. $50.00 per hour labor. Most service calls $75.00 for the first hour, $50.00 per hour after that.

CompTIA A+ Certified Technician since 2002. One year of school for Microsoft Desktop and Server software and Networking. 12+ years of experience.
