- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be keeping my pricing extrmely low, as well as adjusting things constantly for level of intensity during trainings. I refuse to allow myself to fall into corporate greed and bulk up prices for nonsensical reasons. If my expertise hasn't changed neither will my price tags and Im new to this! The most you may see or hear from me is in the case of any bodily injury to me as a result of withholding valuable information to me about the animal during a session in which there will be a bite charge (depending on severity, the range fluctuates)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Slow and steady. I am in no hurry to learn about everyone in the process of training. I start typically with an evaluation, in which I discuss an overall game plan with owner and all involved and will paint a picture of the needs, wants, desires and expectations of both owner and pet. Listing problems to work on, future worries and concerns and general history of how often unwanted behaviors appear and in which situations they do so in
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education that I possess is from shadowing at a training facility that works with reactive dogs, and observing methods from big name trainers such as Southend, Beckmans, Victoria Stillwell, Zach George, and Nate Schoemer. I believe in balanced training, which consists of both positive and negative forms or reinforcement
