I'm really impressed with the detailed inspection report. Lots of pictures and notes to review. Adam was very professional and great at communicating. Reasonably priced. I will use Crist Home Inspection next time I buy a house!

Very professional! Showed up early to the inspection, took time to thoroughly answer all my concerns, and looked at all areas that I had concerns about to confirm there was no major issues. Was conscious about nor tracking water and dirt throughout the house, and got the inspection report back in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

The inspection with Adam was very informative. We were supposed to meet him at the house at 9:00 AM when we got there he had already been up on the roof inspecting. He made sure to take his time in the inside of the house and make sure everything was in good working condition. His report came back to us within 24 hours and went into great detail about things to watch out for in the future with pictures. If you are a potential home buyer and need the house your interested in, Adam is your guy give him a call.
