Bryan came out to the house to take measurements and discuss what I was looking for in the garage addition. In a few days he had the first draft layed out and it looked terrific!

Bryan was extremely thorough both in terms of his quote and the work he completed. He thoroughly explained the issue, the fix and was always up front if something changed. Additionally, he came prepared with varying solutions at varying costs of something did change. He and his partner showed up on time and on the dates they said they’d be available. He did not rush through the job and if needed to go another day, he gave an explanation as to why and the time he’d be back at finish. In terms of value his price was fair for the work completed and fix needed. I’d definitely not hesitate to hire Bryan again.

I set up a time to meet with the client to discuss their project. Discuss the design and finished drawings process. Also, what to expect during the process and the selection of a contractor to do the work.

I have over 40 years in construction and over 30 years in design and drafting of residential and small commercial projects
