Damon and his team made my daughter's birthday party go over the top. His attention to detail is beyond amazing. I explained to him that my family and I had bad experiences with mandatory caterers from venues in the past and I really wanted the food to be the correct temperature. He exceeded my expectations. The menu was amazing but the brisket stole the show. The brisket was so tender and delicious. This team is so down to earth, friendly and talkative my guests and I were very comfortable. My family was excited to find out that a team member is vegan and that catering for my vegan guests in the future would be no problem. So many people requested his information because of their personalities as well. But the ultimate seal of approval that this food was delicious was from my 80 year old Grandparents that asked me to hire him for their 64th wedding anniversary. They are from Louisiana and have been cooking since they were kids and my grandfather smokes his meat for all our family events. They both said, "his food is so delicious, we can rest this year". Damon made my event wonderful for everyone. He made my daughter a ice cream buffet with all the fixings. She said, "This is the best birthday ever" His professionalism blew me away, the presentation was amazing. I am still over the moon with how the event went last night.

I am thrilled to of found chef Damon on thumbtack! He customized a clam bake for us. His thi meatballs were excellent and the pepadu peppers stuffed with goat cheese were addictive! Dinner was clams chicken a mixed roasted potatoes and corn of course. With rolls and corn bread. Then chef put together a ice cream sundae bar any kid would love! The food was beautifully displayed and was so delicious. My guest gave rave reviews and will definitely use Damon in the future. I know we will! Avery was our server for the evening and she took care of all my guests and kept everything orderly and clean. Look not further Damon is your man!

We were very delighted by the service we had at our new year’s bash at our house. Food was delicious, guests enjoyed the dishes and they stayed til the end and cleaned up well. Highly recommended
