Rick proposed the time he could do the work. It met what we had asked and he was prompt. The job was to caulk outside windows on the second floor to stop a leak where water would enter the bedroom wall. We have had a couple rainy days and thus far it appears the leak is fixed.

Rick did an excellent job replacing two outdoor light fixtures and an electrical outlet. He was on time, and communicated well. Rick also went above and beyond the scope of the job and reattached a small piece of aluminum siding that had fallen off the corner of our house. I would definitely recommend him.

Working with Rick was an amazing experience. He was very responsive and gave us a quote within minutes of receiving photos of our fixtures. He was very professional and very, very quick. He did a great job with our lights and we are so happy. One of the lights came broken (not his fault at all, manufacturer) but he put it up so we could have light. Photos attached of the after and before of our lighting. We couldn’t recommend him enough!
