Very nice but said he could do the work but he couldn’t due to other jobs. He got my bushes pulled up but that job was done very well. He was very responsive but didn’t provide design plans when he said he would. He later admitted he had too many other things going on and he wasn’t going to be able to complete the landscaping request.
