I had fairy put on a metal roof siding and gutters and shutters they di a fantastic job also went out of their way to do things that was not part of their job for me they were quick and efficient and cleaned up good I would recommend them to any one

I had Fahey do my roof, a nice Teracotta red metal. I could not be happier! I love the color and the quality. The roof was completed in a such an awesome timidly manner. I would recommend Fahey over any roofing company in the tristate. Thank You Joshua for the excellent pricing as well.

Better communication , and more transparency with how customers are dealt with. Nobody called to let us know they were coming to start the job . ( a neighbor let us know there was a contractors ' truck in our driveway.) The WRONG shingles were installed . Then when the installation was set to be corrected, nobody called to let us know they were coming to fix the initial error ( after being assured SOMEONE would be in touch with us ) Having said that , the job was finished & appears to be satisfactory.

I apologize for any miscommunication on our end. The employee that was on your job and directed to communicate with you has been released. We did however give you the other half of the roof for free due to the error. We thank you for the work and apologize for any inconvenience that was caused from a former employee.

I posted a request on Thumbtack on 6/22 to have 24’ of Ridge Vent installed -Fahey Roofing Contractors,LLC of South Point, OH responded to my request and came out that same day and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a price and they said they would be out the next day Friday after they finished up a couple of other small jobs. I waited around and they didn’t show on that Friday. When I call to inquire I spoke with Heather and she said they would be out that Saturday or the Following Monday. Needless to say I waited all day Saturday for them and they didn’t show. Monday I was supposed to work and I took a Day off to wait for them, again they didn’t show. I would call to see when someone was coming only to get a recording I would leave a message for someone to call me back but no one would.
On Thursday, I got this message from Joshua Fahey VIA email, “Sorry for the delay in doing the vent. We had some truck issues and became schedule. If you are ok with waiting I can send someone Saturday morning to do it. I know it's been a week, it has been a bit hectic.”
So Saturday July 1st I again changed my plans and waited all day for someone from Fahey Roofing to come and install the ridge vents--- again no one showed up. And again I would call and leave a message for someone to call me back but no one would
Sunday July 2nd I get a message VIA email again from Joshua that, “Joe Hall will be out there tomorrow. I say around noon.
Monday July 3rd again I had things to do but here I set waiting it’s 1:00pm and I still haven’t seen anyone from Fahey Roofing. Again I would call and leave a message for someone to call me back but no one did.
Thanks goodness they showed up 1:10pm now let’s see what kind of job they do.
Well when the job was finally done it was an excellent job. Joe explained what they would do and then cleaned up after. The only problem was the Co. truck was parked in the driveway and it left several large and smaller oil spots on my driveway that had just been pressure washed.
7/12/2017 received invoice from Fahey Roofing
7/12/207 mailed check#1482
This is an actual accounting of the way the job was done.
7/14/2017 Fahey acknowledged payment of invoice but made no mention of cleaning up oil spots left in driveway.
7/26/2017 What's inflated I waited three days for no shows and I sent a copy if this review with the payment check to give you a chance to clean up before I posted this. I have tried cleaning the oil spots from the driveway and only managed to fade them Yes by all means please come and clean up the mess your truck left, but I cannot miss anymore work days waiting for no shows.
