Working with Craig was very easy. We started out just doing a large area rug, which he took great care of and got done very quickly. He gave me options to control the price point and I'm very happy with the results. I should've taken before and after pictures!

Nick was our service person. He was attentive to our needs in removing pet stains. Nick did a thorough job of cleaning the 6 rooms of carpet. This was our first time using EcoZyme. I would choose this cleaning procedure over a steam clean extraction. Definitely will call EcoZyme Springboro, OH Again.

Thank you Marsha...so glade your experience was so positive. The benefits of using plant enzymes and low moisture are at the top of this industry. The job is to get things clean and not just apply an application and head off to your next job. We only schedule 3 jobs at the most from 9 am to 9pm and usually only 2 jobs. This gives us the max amount of time to do the job and do it right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a little higher than other "cleaners" because we get results. We work harder and longer to achieve those results so we expect to get paid for that effort and attention to detail. We also include a 6 week service agreement. Any room we clean...if you make a spill and cannot get it out...call, we will come out for free and as often as you need us to in those 6 weeks. Who does that? Right?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education. We inform you of the benefits of our cleaning process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I have degrees in biomedical engineering, Nuclear medicine, bio-physics, Human Physiology, Psychology and Biology. Certificates in Education, Carpet Cleaning and General commercial cleaning.
