Nathan showed up on time and was very detailed, professional, and courteous. He was able to get me up and running very quickly. The work area was left very clean of all materials. Nathan was very detailed in going over my options for repair and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be using Universal Heating and Cooling's services again.

Initially this happened set an appointment but they didn’t show up, no call, no show. Attempted to call them went to a dead line. I thought they were no longer in business. Apparently they were having some CRM issues that caused my appointment to not appear so it might be wise to call and confirm if you made the appointment through thumbtack. Once he was there he was able to give an estimate on the project of boiler replacement.
