- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll go out to do some diagnostic, see what we are getting into, and provide an upfront total cost on the work before starting. If there is potential for some aspect of the work to change or be unforseen, this will be discussed beforehand. The pricing is an all-inclusive rate factoring in my time, knowledge, materials, drive-time. I keep it reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as a previous customer, there are no catches or pretenses. If you have a problem, I'm willing to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Participated in an OH apprenticeship program for 4 years while working in the trade full time, factoring in both on-the-job and classroom education, in order to acquire an Ohio Journeyman Plumber Licence. I then went on to eventually qualify to sit for the Contractor (Master) exam, which I passed, and in turn acquired an OH Master/Commercial Plumbing Contractors license.
