Someone came right away and installed tv and helped install another tv. Preston was really great and helpful. I think they need the lasers to make sure everything is straight. He had to come back to my house to level the picture.
I didn’t like the request for a tip at end. It put me over budget for project $330 instead of $300.
I would hire again. It was worth it to have someone come out right away.

Jay and Gabe were supposed to show up between 9am and 12pm but did not get to our house until 2pm. Apparently they “forgot about another job.” Thankfully we didn’t have anywhere to be. When they finally arrived, they at least mounted our TVs quickly and correctly. I would’ve added another star if they offered something to make up for their significantly delayed arrival.

Gabe did an awesome job! He showed up on time, was super easy to work with, and had the TVmounted in no time. It looks great—perfectly straight and the wires are all hidden. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Solid work at a fair price. I’d definitely call him again for any future installs.
