Tech arrived on time. He gave honest input, without trying to upsell me on anything. He explained what the problem was & how he was going to fix it. He was able to get the parts the same day to come back & do the repair that afternoon

After waiting all night for a promised "after hours - EMERGENCY" plumber from Right Brothers Plumbing (they we no shows!!!, no calls), I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. Wow, what an outfit, what a response!Mike responded quickly with a call to let me know he was on his way - this was literally minutes after I had called Ben Franklin Plumbing's office with my plumbing issue. He arrived promptly afterward and went to work assessing the sewer issue. Gave us a quote to fix the problem. Once approved, he then quickly resolved the issue, then ran a camera down to show me the problem area. There is no "stop" in this guy, he was great in all manners - professional, polite (without me asking, Mike wore shoe covers when in the house - especially considerate for plumbers - tough job!).I have deleted all other plumbing operations from my contacts; Ben Franklin Plumbing is now our "Go To" plumbing outfit. Great work, I'd give Ben Franklin Plumbing 10 stars if ir were possible. One great company, and a very satisified customer!

Mike was great. He used to camera to determine the next steps and came up with a couple of solutions the previous plumbers had not suggested.
