- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are not standard as every situation is different. I want to know as much as I can about the situation and quote a fair price for the work I feel needs done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I am going to listen very carefully to my clients situation if I don't feel like I have enough information after hearing what they have to say, I'm going to ask questions. Listening and Understanding are the most important first steps...after that setting proper expectations and getting pricing out of the way will make for a much more rewarding customer experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed through the state of Ohio Department of Agriculture. I am a member of the Ohio and National Pest Management Associations and was previous Vice President of the Future Pest Managers of Ohio. I also volunteered for 7 years at the Central Ohio Bed Bug Task Force.
