- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on The size of the job. I am fair and will not overcharge you. I focus on building software that has no recurring monthly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation to determine what work is needed. I will give you a full project plan with pricing and timeline before work is started. When the plan is approved, a 50% deposit is required. While working on your project I will keep you up-to-date and have clear communications with you during the build. The remainder of the payment is due upon receipt of your project. I will be available for any issues that arrise for a period of 60 days at no further cost to you.
