had an emergency plumbing issue late in the evening and called Elite Drain Solutions. Despite interrupting the serviceman’s time with his family, he responded quickly and arrived promptly. The level of professionalism and the quality of work were truly exceptional. He efficiently resolved the issue and ensured everything was in perfect working order. We started working with Elite Drain Solutions LLC in 2024 due to needing a new roof. Over the last year, State Farm disregarded the status of our claim. Elite Drain Solutions continuously supplied all of the needed documentation and communication to ensure we were appropriately taken care of. Not only did they promptly communicate with our insurance company, but they also guided us within the proper channels to educate us regarding the process and Ohio building codes. Throughout the past year, the insurance company requested additional documentation on multiple occasions. Elite Drain Solutions came to our home as many times as necessary to provide this documentation. Ultimately, we were able to be approved for a full roof replacement.After our approval, Elite Drain Solutions maintained communication with us regarding our options for shingles, when the supplies were purchased, and when the replacement would be scheduled.The replacement was quick and efficient. All debris and materials were picked up and removed at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the look of our new roof.We had an amazing experience with Elite Drain Solutions, and we will always recommend them for anyone who may need a roof repair, replacement, or other work done to their home.

I called Nick and Russ on a Friday afternoon about water in my basement under the furnace. I thought there was something wrong with the furnace. Nick and Russ came after their last appointment and worked from 5-9. They immediately recognized the problem was NOT the furnace, but a broken sump pump on the other side of the basement. (Where there was no water coming up) I peppered them with questions about the pipes, where they went, and how the sump pump empties into the main drain of the house. They patiently answered everything in laymen’s terms so I could understand it. Some companies would have left then, but they went out late at night bought a sump pump. And came back and installed it the same night. They also squeegeed the wet carpet and brought fans in to help it dry. I am so relieved they solved that stressful situation, even though it was 9:00 and they still had an hour to drive home. They were such ethical hardworking men. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
