Hired on Thumbtack
This cleaner was hired to come and gave us an estimate. On the day of our appointment she didn’t show up. I text and called her and she informed me Thumbtack didn’t notify her of our appointment. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I tried to reschedule. Only to not hear back after numerous texts. Then today I received a message through thumbtack that she’s lost her phone and would like to reschedule us. So very unprofessional.
