- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by volume how much space your items take up in the truck (Cubic Yards) so you only pay for what you actually have. All quotes include labor, disposal fees, and cleanup, with no surprise charges at the end. First-time customers receive 10% off, and we always provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins. Some items (mattresses, appliances with refrigerant, hot tubs, hazardous materials) may carry small additional fees, but we'll always tell you up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, you'll hear back from us within the hour during business hours. We'll set up a free estimate either in person or by photos you text us and confirm the price before any work starts. On the day of the job, we arrive on time, do all the lifting and loading, sweep the area clean when we're done, and haul everything away. We recycle or donate whatever we can, and you don't pay until you're satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in entrepreneurship and run NextGen Junk Removal with the same professionalism I'd bring to any business, proper, transparent pricing, and reliable communication. While the physical work is straightforward, we take care to follow Ohio waste and recycling regulations, handle items in your home with respect, and stay current on best practices for safe lifting, hazardous material identification, and responsible disposal.
