- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies for each wedding. It depends on whether there is a rehearsal to attend and the location of the wedding. I will also factor in the day of the week as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I'm contacted by a couple I set up either a phone or in-person consultation where we discuss their vision for their wedding ceremony and determine if we're a good fit to work together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's kind of a funny story... Back in 2004 a friend of mine asked me to be a bridesmaid and I responded, "Thanks for asking but no, it's too expensive!" She paused for a moment and then asked if I'd officiate the wedding instead and the rest is history...Married by Megan was born! Oh, and that friend? She and her husband are still happily married with 3 beautiful children.
