The owner responded to me QUICKLY. Told me his ETA and arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. He explained my problem to me very well and what we needed to do to fix it. He obtained the part and got my furnace working before the frigid temps tonight. He was fair in pricing and just a very nice guy!
