We recently decided, after 26 yrs it was time to remodel our kitchen. We chose Diamond In The Rough after talking with our neighbors who had them do several projects for them. The designer was not only fun but she listened to my budget concerns and did her best to stay within that budget. They were here every day, were very nice, and addressed any concerns we had during the remodel. We had them remove a wall to open the kitchen to the dining area which made such a difference. They made some very good suggestions, which we incorporated in the remodel, and made the space look cohesive. In all, the remodel took about 2-3 weeks, which considering some electrical headaches, we felt was a very reasonable length of time. Following the initial completion of the kitchen there were a few items I ask them to return and check out, which they did.I am not a fan of cooking, but having this new kitchen makes it much easier. We had 21 here recently, and having that open concept made such a difference!They are respectful, and competent. Our experience dealing with Diamond In The Rough was a very good one !Thank you.

We had a great experience with Diamond in the Rough. From the design team to the workers, clean up. All the guys were pleasant and we had a good time with them. All are hard workers.We had a large remodel. Brand new, larger kitchen. 12' island added, two walls taken out, bathroom expanded, new floors and electrical throughout. Fireplace, pantry and closet all new. Two windows removed, one new bigger one added. Painting & new lights in living room & hallway.Everything was handled with kindness. Some last minute changes and small adjustments were taken care of even afterwards. I would recommend Diamond in the Rough if you are considering getting work done to your home.Thank you for making my home so beautiful.

I would give a 10 star rating if that was a choice .Very professional . Stuck to time frame despite small glitches and went above and beyond to complete the work . It was a huge project - complete kitchen and basement renovation, upgrades in 4 bathrooms and hardwood flooring in all carpeted areas . Took them under 12 weeks to wrap everything up and deliver my dream house . Abby worked with me throughout the entire project from getting a quote to design then selection and walkthrough - made it a seamless process . Mike, Joe and their entire crew were fantastic - very patient and addressed all my concerns . I would strongly recommend Diamond in the rough and would gladly use them for any of my future home renovations needs .
