Working with Diamond in the Rough was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was personal and professional, beginning with our first interaction with Bradley in Sales. He listened to our vision, created a design, and worked with us as we made changes to get the plan we wanted. Addison, the PM, and every crew that worked on our project brought our vision to life. We were informed every step along the way. Their workmanship and craftsmanship were of the highest quality. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them on any future project we have.

From start to finish Diamond in the Rough was 5 star service. We started the process with Joe Y. He answered every question we threw at him. Our project manager Eli, was phenomenal hands down. He was always available and quick to respond when I had concerns. We made minor changes along the way but he never made me feel like a bother. All of the contractors were very professional. The completed project is absolutely stunning. I would recommend Diamond in the Rough for all of my friends and family.

I absolutely had no idea who to call when I bought my house and the crawl space needed a lot of attention. I heard of Diamond in the Rough and called them. What a wonderful experience! They cleaned everything out, swept up the floor, waterproofed the walls, insulated the in the rafters, added 2 lights and new ductwork for heating and cooling. The whole experience was wonderful and not as expensive as I thought. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs home improvement!

Around October 2022 my wife and met Joe and Sally to discuss the remodel of our kitchen, 1/2 bath off the garage and laundry room. We told Joe what we wanted and he suggested other ideas for us to consider. One being a center island. Joe gave us a diagram of what the new kitchen would look like once completed. They tore out all the existing cabinetry, flooring, counter tops and fixtures in said rooms. Workers were great to work with and courteous. They cleaned up each night before going home ready to start the next day. Both Joe and Sally were only a phone call away if we had questions. Joe and Sally were great to work with also. The remodel we had done included new cabinetry, counter tops, new tile behind kitchen counter top, flooring in kitchen, and hallways and plumbing fixtures. Should my wife and I decide we needed additional remodeling done in our house we would definitely go back to Diamond in the Rough. I highly recommend Diamond in the Rough and its crew. I feel you would not go wrong in allowing Diamond in the Rough do any of your home remodeling. As indicated earlier they were great to work with and a fair price to boot. I wish I had before and after photos to share but I dont.

EXCELLENT! Joseph, Taylor, Addison and Entire Team.Diamond in the Rough was recommended to us and we are so glad that we chose them. We remodeled our Bathroom knowing that most likely we would run into some type of water ( moisture ) issue and we did.From start to finish the Team was Professional and very Clean. Diamond in the Rough understood what type of design we wanted and put it to task. Turned out better than we could ever imagine. No matter the Questions they found an answer.
