Our experience of Diamond in the Rough was positive from start to finish. Our decision to engage their services was primarily based on their client centered approach; there was no hard sell or any effort to push us to sign a contract. We had multiple meetings with Joseph to discuss our needs and on many occasions hed say we can do that if you want but this is another option and it will cost less - we were never disappointed with acceptance of his wisdom. Also, he never tired as we hummed and hawed or put items off, on then off the work order and vice versa, he had a genuine desire to support us to arrive at decisions wed be happy with.Price wise, Diamond in the Rough was very competitive.Our experience of the work crews was pretty much the same as our experience with Joe; I have never met teams of people, within which each member had quality listening skills and team leaders that would give their all to understand the clients concept and perspective. Also, I have never experienced such a lack of misogyny. The usual behavior of looking at the husband when his wife asks a question, that I observe in many professions, was absent.The work was carried out in a timely manner, we had full confidence in the honesty and integrity of every worker involved and, oddly, it never felt like we had strangers in our home.I have every confidence recommending Diamond in the Rough.

He listened to our vision, created a design, and worked with us as we made changes to get the plan we wanted. Addison, the PM, and every crew that worked on our project brought our vision to life. Now that everything is complete, the transformation is astonishing. Incredible craftsmanship on doors, a gorgeous fireplace, a great bathroom remodel and a new master bathroom where once stood an empty bedroom. There were bumps in the road, as any remodel in a home built in 1915 would have, but the end product is so worth the ride. Well done!
