- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give a client a bid so they know the end result without worrying. Some times serious conditions and unforeseen circumstances require hourly pricing depending on the particular trade prices vary but will be discussed before work commences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to do jobs at the most cost effective way, explaining to a client that there are several ways to get to a point were they are happy for years to come without breaking the bank!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born into the Home improvement family. But times ,codes,taste,materials always change so we try to attend classes,Trade shows and other venues that keep us up to date! 35 years of experience and still growing!
