Steve provided exceptional service from start to finish! He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived right on time, and took the time to explain every step of the ductcleaning process. He was extremely mindful of our home, laying down protective runner rugs and wearing shoe covers. I can’t praise Eli enough for his work today. He spent nearly three hours meticulously cleaning out our entire duct system and dryer vent. He explained the negative-pressure vacuum setup in detail before getting started and pointed out a loose connection in our basement ductwork that he kindly fixed on the spot. If you want someone honest, polite, and extremely thorough, ask for Eli!
