Jody did an excellent job for us! I contacted her on Thursday night and the property was staged on Monday. Her expert staging helped us to sell the property in less than 2 weeks.
Details: Selling home • 5 rooms • 2,500 - 3,000 sq ft • No, my home is vacant

House began to be staged within hours of contract. I believe the house increased its sale price due to the tasteful staging of the home. Thank you Jody!

Jodi did an amazing job! Our house had an accepted offer within one week. She came out a couple of days beforehand, came up with a design, and had it all competed within 24 hours. People liked it so much, they wanted to know if they couldn’t purchase the furniture in a separate contract. I would use her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

Jody was a God send! She had a resource for every step of the way to getting my house ready to put on the market. From a contact for yard work, people to help move items from my home, staging advise, contacts for cleaning the house, etc. I can’t thank her enough!! I highly recommend Jody Lovett by Design and will use her in the future. You cannot go wrong using her services.
