$20-30 per individual for group classes. Group classes are personalized and considered a custom service where I come to you and teach a fitness class or speak on wellness to your corporation or large group. $60-80 for personal training sessions, depending on the type of program you choose. Nutrition guides vary, again, depending on the level of assistance needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary consult to go over goals 2. Fitness evaluation and measurements to set a game plan 3. Get to work! :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the fitness/wellness industry for over 20 years. I attended BGSU for Exercise Science, and I received certifications through NASM, Mad Dogg Athletics (Spin), and ACE (aerobics and water aerobics).
