Excellent service all around. I spoke with Doug to schedule a check up and he was very accommodating to my schedule. Colbie was the one who came out. He was very technically sound and did a comprehensive check up of my HVAC. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing while he was performing the check up. Both gentlemen were very friendly and made the entire process pleasant.

Installed new AC and Heating unit 4 years ago, very professional and helpful, nothing but good things to say. AC would not cycle on last week, called them and they came out and found a VERY small leak, repair with no charge for labor, stand by their work. I woke up Tuesday morning without heat. I'm new to the area, and found Keith Heating & Cooling on Google. The technician who came out Tuesday was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He had the unfortunate task of having to be the bearer of bad news in regards to the furnace. But the team at Keith did a fantastic job! I was able to get a new furnace up and running. They informed me it might be a two day job, but worked diligently to complete a furnace and duct installation in the same day. It looks wonderful and works amazingly well! I couldn't be happier! No new home owner wants to hear that a furnace needs replaced, but Keith Heating and Cooling really came through!
