FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can be found on are website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to get a little information on what you are looking for and what your expectations are so that I know that I can give you a complete and accurate quote and prepare studio samples for you to view. Then I like to meet in person to go over all the details and show you examples of my work and find out all the little details that mean the most to you. Then I require clients to sign a contract and pay a non refundable retainer to book their session date and time. After that we go over the details at least one more time before the session and collect the remainder of payments and session fees. From there you have your session. We immediately schedule an in person reveal to show you all of your completed images! At this time you are able to order prints, digital, albums, wall art, etc... Payment in full is expected at the time of order. Once your images are ordered, I wait 48 hours or until payment has posted and send your order to the lab. Finally, I inspect your order for quality then package it up and deliver to the client or let the client know it is available for pick up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Art Degree and also have a mentor who has been in the photography world since the early 80s. I completed and internship with a portrait photographer in the Columbus Ohio area for 3 months (1 semester in school). Also, I quite frequently participate in online training and work with other local photographers on projects and special events.
