We loved working with Josh! His response time was insanely fast, he was super helpful and friendly over the phone as well as professional, was punctual when he came to the home, and had our install done very quickly. Josh was great. Arrived on time. Performed the work of tuning up my walk behind and riding mower. He is very knowledgeable and open to sharing tips about mowers. He had to order additional parts and communicated when he would pickup and arrive to install. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Very professional and friendly. Great service and repair experience. He works on other equipment items. I’m sure to have him back to assist. I will definitely recommend and refer him to friends and family. Thanks Josh!!
