- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a rate of $500 for 10 days of training. We can add additional days training ($50/day). If you have multiple dogs you’re wanting to go through the board and train program, we can discuss what the discounted rate would be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out texting or with a phone call to learn what their needs are. Once I have an idea, I then inform the client the best path to success. During the time in training, I update the client frequently on their dogs progress. We then schedule an exit lesson for the final day to go over everything their dog has learned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working alongside some amazing trainers for a year and a half now. I’ve been able to get my hands on a lot of different dog breeds, personalities and ages. I have also done some courses through Michael Ellis.
