- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to work around the budget of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My standard process is to have an initial consultation call in order to determine the needs of the customer and whether On Target Bookkeeping Solutions is the right fit for the needs. After the consultation I draft a proposal for services to provide to the customer. Once the scope of work is agreed upon I draft a contract to be signed agreeing to the scope of work and pricing. After that we get down to business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for over 7 years as a bookkeeper for various companies. I am a graduate of the Bookkeeper Launch program and am currently working towards my Certified Accounting Analyst license as well.
