- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On Day 1 I get the lead, within an hour, I will submit my bid, instantly contacting the client by Email, or Phone. I then Discuss the problem further, and schedule an immediate service call. After Service is rendered, I will then follow up with them Periodically, just to stay in touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Really I wonder if this question was remotely relevant in the 18th century. Perhaps if you where a Doctor or Lawyer. My Education is this case is vast. You know the saying, "Those who Can't do, Teach" Well Just because you have been trained to do something, does not mean you grasp the whole job... Your Education is only as good as the educator. I believe my work should speak for its self, not what I can hang on my wall...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I do a lot of work here, the majority of the services I offered with an adaptive approach to a dying economy. I never imagined one could make a living off cleaning windows. I do what I do, because I am passionate, about providing amazing levels of Service to my clients..
