FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our philosophy on pricing is very simple. We can price on an hourly basis, or a flat rate per visit. We typically choose by determining which option would be more economical for our clients. If you have a budget, we will try to work with you to stay within the boundaries of it. We go over and beyond to make sure our pricing is fair.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have experience in apartment cleaning specifically preparing units for tenant move ins. We also have experience in office cleaning. Our commercial resume range from small professional offices to large office space. Our largest client is a 100,000 square foot office complex maintained daily. I have spent years developing positive relationship with venders. This allows KBS to provide a number of other services at a high quality. Other services include painting (exterior/interior), carpet cleaning, roofing, gutters, siding, and much more. We are professional problem solvers! There isn't much we can't solve.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be: Don't get caught up searching for the lowest price. Although pricing is extremely important, it's important to make sure the variables make sense for you and the contractor. In many cases, if a contractor bids too low, it created the unrealistic expectation that he/she will have the budget to invest the proper time to produce high quality results. We will always ask you specific budget questions. That allows us to try to price the project in a budget range fair you you and us.
