- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer projects on a retainer or hourly basis. We talk about what you need, what your budget is, and then decide what works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a one hour listening session at no charge. Tell me what you want to do with your business and what you need help with. What are your challenges? I then return a summary called "What I Heard". Next step is we meet to discuss working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in public relations, communication strategies (external and internal) and marketing. Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. I also teach leadership and business courses at a local university.
