- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Gaining as much knowledge about the project in order to best serve them. No question or recommendation is off the table and I look forward to helping color in their homes how THEY want it! 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?20 years of experience in home improvements and life hacking. Some college @ Cleveland state University and here @ Thaddeus Stevens college of technology. Both for MET, I’ve worked as a mechanic as well as independent contractor my whole life.
