George arrived with everything he needed to fix under cabinet damage from a leak. He was quiet and capable and communicated information as needed. When I saw him sweeping the sawdust from my driveway, I knew he was going above and beyond. He clearly enjoys what he does.

Hiring George saved me so much time and frustration. I needed an old washer and dryer dismantled and hauled away to make room for new ones. Easy enough. Except they couldn’t fit through the narrow door way of my building. He was fully prepared to go the extra mile and neatly remove the door and trim, so he haul the old machine. If that wasn’t enough, he then unpacked the new units and stacked them. They are now ready to be installed. I will absolutely hire him again. He is well worth it. THANK YOUUUUU!!!!

I was in need of help with getting a piece of furniture home from one of the outlets in Lancaster. Within moments of reaching out to 717 Junk Hauling and Home Solutions I had a response. George was able to pick up the item the next day and delivered right into my living room and the time and price agreed upon. What a relief having this option available to me rather than having to worry about who I am going to bother to try to help me get this furniture home! They came the same day and we’re up front about the cost. Swept up when they were done even though that wasn’t part of it. I’ll certainly use again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining as much knowledge about the project in order to best serve them. No question or recommendation is off the table and I look forward to helping color in their homes how THEY want it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in home improvements and life hacking. Some college @ Cleveland state University and here @ Thaddeus Stevens college of technology. Both for MET, I’ve worked as a mechanic as well as independent contractor my whole life.
