Trey Robinson was extremely professional and kind. He came to our home on time with Zack. They examined the situation thoroughly and wrote out a detailed plain. Trey also included other future options. We then discussed the quote and decided to move forward with the work. Both Trey and Zack answered all our questions and weren't aggressive. They took lots of time with us and were very patient.

I recently worked with Erich Moore on installing a sump pump and aqua stop wall liner. The process of inspection and the way he went over everything was very smooth and helpful. He showed videos to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions. The team that came out to install got the job done within a day. My washer and dryer sit on an elevated cement platform and I was worried that they wouldnt be able to fix it after they dug around the perimeter, but they did! Overall I am very pleased with the results and the promptness of completion. I 100% recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone that needs waterproofing done.

Drew came out to our house to check out a problem we were having with erosion with spouting drain in ground. He work very hard diagnosing why we had erosion. He could not find anything so far. He was very helpful and thorough. I would recommend his service to anyone. Nice to see there is still people who care. Thanks Drew!
