Our experience with Haley was an absolute waste of time and incredibly frustrating. My husband and I sought professional help for two bathroom remodels. What we expected was professionalism, what we received was the exact opposite. Haley canceled our first scheduled appointment. While disappointing, she rescheduled for the following weekend. That was a mistake. She never showed up. Even worse, she made zero effort to contact us-no call, no text, no explanation. We were simply left waiting, having rearranged our schedules and passed up other opportunities to move our project forward. This level of disregard for clients is unacceptable. A no-show without any communication is not just unprofessional-it is disrespectful and negligent. Because of her failure to show up or communicate, our remodel is now further delayed and we are forced to start the entire process over. If this is how Has Design Studio treats potential clients, I can only imagine the issues that would arrive once money is on the table. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Reliability and basic courtesy should be the bare minimum-neither was present here.

While I did reschedule our original appointment, an unforeseen medical emergency prevented me from attending the follow-up consultation.
