- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I charge $0.60 cents per mile to travel to their location. My home base is Uniontown, OH. Please Google Map Uniontown, OH to your location to make sure that this is something you would be interested in paying for. I will drive to you. Please uncerstand their will be a travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new Bridal Client I book a consult appointment through Facebook Messenger or FaceTime. I ask that you have your inspiration photos ready! This allows us to connect on a more personal level and you can choose to see if I'd be the best fit for your special day. I ask "What are your expectations?" We talk about beauty budget. Communication is key to me. I am very thorough and will send you an itemized price list through email when we're done! Making sure you receive the best customer service is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Pureology Educator. I work for the Pureology brand that allows me to go into salons and educate stylists on the latest haor trends.
